We are never too young or too old to focus on our health

Consistency is key when it comes to health. 

This 30min class 3x a week helps improve aspect of our health that are often overlooked like balance, coordination & agility as well as maintaining or improving general strength and cardiovascular and respiratory health. 

Financially, this service is structured completely differently from our other services, because money should never be the limiting factor when it comes to our health. 

Individual health is beneficial for our society. We want to contribute as much to your personal health as that of society's in general.

We recommend this class to everyone, but is geared towards 

- deconditioned individuals regardless of their age

- individuals over 65 or under 12 years old
