Before you do anything you have to set your mind to it. Easier said than done. But just like anything, with a little bit of training we can accomplish great things.
You can train your mindset and right now that is probably the most important thing to do.

Stoicism is one tool we like to use to train our mindset at Wonderland. Not just for times like these, but for every other day.
Here is how the leadership team incorporate Stoicism into their daily life through their daily actions.

We recommend picking one meditation to "do"/ think about for 5 uninterrupted minutes for 7 days. We recommend doing it right after you brush your teeth in the morning, or right after you close your lights at night when going to bed.
Everything is a choice. Until you cross the bridge of your insecurities , you can't begin to explore your possibilities. We hope you'll join us on the other side.
