When it comes to getting the visible results you want, nutrition cannot be overlooked. You can be healthy and fit, to an extent, and not look the part. But wouldn't you rather have both.
BUDDHA STATION Zoned Meals
Last year we were very lucky to find a partner that was interested in helping our athletes meal prep the right way. We strongly believe in the Zone methodology developed by Dr Barry Sears. It has been the only nutritional protocol endorsed by CrossFit. This is what we, the coaches and staff, do and it is what we recommend to all our athletes. Everyone who has followed it properly has seen results.
But we understand that meal prepping isn't everyone's favorite and that people do sometimes run out of time to do all the things they should do to take care of themselves. So instead of letting that be an excuse, we simply sought out a solution.
We wanted to be able to provide great tasting meals that were Zoned, but none were on the market at the time. That's when Buddha Station stepped up to the plate and agreed to work with us. They shared our values when it came to eating healthy and not compromising on taste. Together we worked with their recipes to adapt them to our needs and have tested them for over 6 months.
The wait is now over. Everyone in the gym can now place their order through us.
Here are the different meals and their Zone blocs.
Poulet Marrakech 3 BLOC
poulet, couscous, concombre, carottes, laitue, sauce sesame, zatar, jus orange, hummus
zeste de citron, canneberges, chips legumes
Chicken Beet Feta Salad 5 BLOC
poulet, betteraves, pommes, fromage feta, laitue, noix, sauce au agrume, glaze balsamique.
Swedish Smoked Salmon Salad 5 BLOC
saumon fumé à chaud, quinoa, pommes, onions mariné, laitue, noix caramélisé, mayo wasabi, crème sure, aneth.
Ramen Tom Yum au poulet 4 BLOC
poulet, ramen aux épinards, kale, edamame, échalote, onions croustillants, bouillon tom yum, lait de coco.
Gruau du Sahara 3 BLOC
Gruau, yogourt, lait de soya au chocolat, sirop d'érable, mangue, canneberges, bleuets, pois chiches au miel.
