During the consultation, we’ll help you find the best path for your goals and schedule.

Choose Your Integration Path

Every new member starts with one of our welcome options. We’ll help you select the one that fits your experience level and preferences.

Complete Your Integration

Join our community and build confidence through structured, coach-led classes.
You’ll learn key movements, meet our team and community, and transition into this new lifestyle.

Select Your Ongoing Membership

Once you’ve completed your welcome classes, choose your membership plan and add any specialty classes or program you’d like (Hyrox, Conjugate, Cardio Focus, etc.). Don't worry we will help you :

Fast Track Program

6 classes during 2 weeks

mandatory Monday & Friday 6:30pm class*

Foundations 9-Pack

9 classes during 4 weeks with classes at 8:15, 12pm, 6:30pm and Saturday*

only in summer 

3 classes per week during 8 weeks the Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm*
