We use the CrossFit Methodology for all our classes. 

CrossFit is not only what we do, it’s who we are.

The Primary Focus of our Fitness class is to help you increase your work capacity, that is become faster, stronger, and better.


The Primary Focus of our Health class is to help you regain confidence in your physical abilities. Perfect for people who are deconditioned, people who are or have been injured, new parents, old-er people, etc.

The Primary Focus of the Specialty class is to help you sky rocket your progress by focusing on a single area of CrossFit, for example: gymnastics, mobility, weightlifting, aerobic capacity, etc.
