Pose Method® is a system for learning and teaching optimal human movement and sport specific techniques. When applied to running this method helps reducing injuries and improving efficiency by utilizing gravity rather than muscle power for propulsion.
Join Albert Lu as he share his expertise to guide you as an athlete (hyrox, triathlon, running) and/ or a passionate running coach.
If you’ve ever been given “tips” on how to improve your running – lean forward, land on forefoot, strike ‘figure 4’, don’t overstride, shorten your stride, increase your cadence to 180+, running is a series of falls, etc – congratulations you've been exposed to Pose Method®. About the man behind the method :
Developped by
Dr. Nichoals ROmanov
is a former elite track and field athlete, sports scientist, two-time Olympic coach, and the developer of the Pose Method®. For more than forty years, his work has shaped the understanding of human movement as a system organized within the conditions defined by gravity.
He has worked with multiple Olympic teams, elite athletes across sports, and military organizations, applying biomechanics, physics, and systems analysis to the study of human movement.
