Maxine is the perfect example of what you can accomplish when you take a chance and work on things one step at a time.
Instead of working on reaching giant goals, Maxine focused on changing some of her daily habits and poof!, goal reached.
Sounds like magic but it isn't. Simple is effective, but it is not easy. That is why we are here.
Here are some examples of the goals she crushed.
Goal: Improved metabolic health.
Action: She improved her nutrition one meal at a time, focusing first on breakfast and then working through the other meals of the day.
Consequence: lost 15lbs in 8 months and improved her cholesterol level
Goal: Return to a more active lifestyle and have a sense of comradery and competition.
Action: Show up to class, no matter what the workout is.
Consequence: Improved physical and mental relationship with self and increased fitness level.
